Songwriter/Singer who began taking piano at 4 years old with Royal Conservatory of Music in Hamilton, Ontario. My passion for songwriting began at about 12 years old, but I would not freely admit my talents until much later on in life. Some performing arts experience in school plays, local coffee shops and outdoor music festivals. Did vocal training in Thunder Bay, Ontario under Tammy Nelson of Music Place. Attended songwriting workshop in the fall of 2007 with Pat Pattison(masters songwriting at Berklee College) Stephen Webber(music producer Berklee) and Country Singer Kathy Mattea. Currently performing original material and cover songs with a Manitoba based band called 'The Playin Janes'.
