Mount Elgon is pleased to announce that once again, we are hosting ARSONFEST 2009, the ninth annual celebration of head-splitting noise and punishing volume in the DIY spirit.
For the third year in a row, Arsonfest will take place at the Rudolph Rocker Cultural Centre on the 3rd Floor of 91 Albert Street.
Arsonfest 2009 is scheduled for Friday, August 7th and Saturday August 8th. We are now accepting correspondance from non-Winnipeg bands interested in playing.
Proceeds from Arsonfest 2009 benefit www.powwowtohonourchildren.ca a not for profit committee responsible for the annual Powwow to Honour Children who have Died as a Result of Violence.
