Having originally been built as the Walker Theatre in the early 20th century, the theatre was re-christened in 2002 as the Burton Cummings Theatre for the Performing Arts in honor of its new patron, the former Guess Who frontman, solo artist, and Winnipegger.
Featuring beautiful turn-of-the-century architectural and design details, the theatre features two balconies and second-floor loges in addition to the symphony-level seats.
