With their hearts in St. Boniface, Canada and after the success of the release and touring of their eclectic debut record " the Wood Shop", folk/roots duo Cal and Luke Hamilton of "The Sturgeons" have refined their sound with warm, rich arrangements and harmonies framing compelling lyrics.
With a new record due to be released this spring, The Sturgeons have been inspired by the many musicians that they have played, collaborated and toured with in the last two years. The Sturgeons promise to move their audience with emotion, thought and a tapping foot.
The Sturgeons are definitely a band to watch as their star rises in Manitoba.
