About-

SLEEP SCIENCE:
Based in Vancouver, Sleep Science draws influences from various genres to create their distinct, progressive alternative-rock sound, which is hard-hitting, yet groovy, with unconventional time signatures, articulate bass lines and wailing, sometimes ambient guitar work.

The band’s first EP Avoiding The Cure was recorded with Ryan Worsley (Dear Rouge, Derrival, Little India) and released in September 2014. Since then, they have continued to build a loyal following on the West Coast with their unique sound and tight live shows.

To kick off 2016, the guys flew down to LA and recorded their single “Tears For The Money” with producer Rick Parker (The Dandy Warhols, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Scott Weiland). The song has been featured on major rock radio stations across Canada and has been praised by Vancouver DJ Todd Hancock as being “one of the top 5 indie songs of 2016”.

Sleep Science will be on the road in April for a Canadian Tour which will take them as far East as Montreal.

TUSK:
TUSK was formed in the spring of 2016 in Winnipeg, MB. Drawing from a wide array of influences, stereo guitars, searing vocals and swarms of effects engulf the listener in a wall of sound. From sculpted ambience to sharp tongues and fuzz pedals, TUSK envelopes its audience in atmosphere; a tonal journey through every performance. Their debut EP will be available in March 2017.

JUNE KILLING STONES:
Hailing from Winnipeg, June Killing Stones is an eclectic indie rock band with melodic hooks, passionate vocals and strong musicianship. Whether playing off of each other though collective improvisation or crafting straight ahead rock songs, this band has powerful dynamics that will take you on a journey through both the darkness and the light of the human spirit.
