About
Brenda Quartet plays mostly standards and lesser known tunes of the greats from jazz. Selections from Coltrane, Miles, Marsalis, Brubeck, Clifford, etc. They consist of a pianist, drummer, bassist, and trumpet player. They're a highly improvisational group and we tend to have a very large amount of creativity, imagination, and emotion in their performances.
