Darrelyne Bickel is a Metis Singer/Songwritter/Musician from The Pas, Manitoba.
At 18 years old she has an EP titled "M.I.A." under her belt and from this EP three #1 single's on NCI's National Aboriginal Countdown.
Darrelyne received her first Aboriginal Peoples Choice Music Award in November 2009, taking home Minister Erik Robinson's Most Outstanding Manitoban Award. 2009 was a busy year because Darrelyne also got her first taste of reality TV on YTV's "The Next Star," making the top six and staying on the show for the duration of the season.
During Manitoba Music Week in Winnipeg, Manitoba, she participated in APTN's Rising Stars Concert '09, along with other up and coming Aboriginal artists.
Darrelyne's well-known single, "Eddie's Got A Mustang," appeared in the movie Casino Jack, starring Kevin Spacey and Kelly Preston which was released to DVD and Blu-ray in April 2011.
