Red Moon Road
"Do or Die"

From the album Red Moon Road

Featured track, available from March 8 to March 15

Red Moon Road is gearing up for the release of its long-awaited debut. The roots trio -- comprised of  vocalist Sheena Rattai, multi-instrumentalist Daniel Jordan, and bilingual banjo/mandolinist Daniel Peloquin-Hopfner -- takes over the West End Cultural Centre on March 17 to launch the self-titled album, which was recorded with producers Murray Pulver (Doc Walker) and Don Benedictson (Oh My Darling, Woody Holler). Pulver also pairs up with Daniel ROA in Neon Donkey to open the CD release show, along with bluegrass outfit Bog River. The album's lead track, "Do or Die", is our featured song this week. Download it, check out their live session with UMFM, and then figure out what green thing you're going to wear to Red Moon Road's CD release show on St. Patrick's Day.
