There's no saying you've got nothing to do until after June 26. The 27th edition of the TD Winnipeg International Jazz Festival kicks off its 10-day run on June 16 with a full weekend of free events at The Cube before spilling out into the venues and clubs in downtown Winnipeg. There's lots of local talent hitting festival stages, with over 40 homegrown acts on bills throughout the event. One of those locals is acclaimed guitarist/composer/producer Keith Price. He'll team up with his trio to open one of Jazz Fest's hot tickets, the Kamasi Washington show at The Burton Cummings Theatre on June 21. To get you in the mood, we've got Price's original tune "Khan" -- off UMFM's live sessions project -- as this week's featured song. Get it and get yourself out to see some Jazz Fest.
