Producing and releasing music since 1995, Joe Silva has become well known throughout the global house scene and is one of Canada's few house veterans.

His vinyl has been released on his own imprint Purespace, as well as many others, including Stickman, Red Melon, Viva!, Lunatic Jazz, Tango and Balanced.

In addition to his many singles, EPs and remixes, Silva has produced countless scores in television, independent film, branding and advertising.

Since his early years as X Nation, Silva has become impeccably skilled as a composer, producer and performer. He has spun to crowds across North and South America as well as Australia.

Silva currently holds a twice monthly residency at Resonate in Winnipeg and is also a repeat offender at Regina's Connect festival and Winnipeg's MEMETIC.

His live show is a funky tech-house jam using live looping and keys to create a unique performance, constantly updated with elements from his latest productions.
