Linda began singing in her teens with various bands around Winnipeg and over the years won several radio and television talent competitions and shared stages with many notable performers.  A versatile artist, she sings Gospel, Jazz, Pop, Blues, Country, however her first loves are Country and Blues. She likes to restyle a song to make it uniquely her own and songwriting.is a passion as well.

She took a hiatus from singing to marry, raise five children, and  work as a Registered Nurse,.  Working as a nurse provided her with many scenarios for song writing and eventually, she returned to music, teaming up with her brother Jerry Hallock..  As a duo, they performed in Winnipeg and Nashville and were finalists in the Dauphin CountryFest Talent Search.

A passion for performing brought Linda back to singing  again and she has sung wherever she could to gain exposure, including Las Vegas, Calgary, and Toronto.  She was Red River Ex's Senior Idol in 2011 and Winnipeg media have encouraged her to return to performing and aggressively pursue her career.  Linda is presently recording her first Country EP of her original songs with Producer, Carlin Lemon of LemonFresh Sound and Music backed by Carlin Lemon,  Murray Pulver, and Nashville musicians Hank Singer, Russ Pahl, and Rich Redmond.   Her release show is taking place on Monday, June 25, 2012 at Upper Deck, McPhillips Station Casino with Jerry Hallock opening for her at 8:00 p.m.   .
