... but work continues to be done (on our upcoming album) and I'd say its at 85% now. It's all down except some of the vocals on some of the tracks. I (Karen) have found an excellent vocal coach )through the U of M school of Preparatory studies); her name is Tiffany Wilson and she drills me just like I need to be - and its working. Edgar is vacationing in Latvia and is demoing some of the completed tracks around over there. When he returns in March I should be ready to nail the rest of the songs and so the mixing and mastering will begin. While working hard on my singing I am also sketching out ideas for album art. I have also rigged up my little mac mini with a new 19" flat screen and a midi adapter and have started to score out all the songs that will appear on the album... for my own use and who knows, I may publish them as well. I've been told that our material would make great RCM voice repertoire so I may see what can happen along those lines.
