The only way to submit an application to FACTOR is with a hard copy application. The PDF application forms can be found at: http://www.factor.ca/Programs.aspx.
FACTOR will be in contact with anyone who has successfully submitted an online application. These submitted online applications will be processed by FACTOR.

Applicants are reminded that eligible costs incurred as of April 1st, 2010 will be considered for all applications received by May 14th, 2010.
