"BLUE NOISE" will be hosting a blues jam from 9:00 - 12:00 every first and third Thursday of the month at Juss Jazz, 240 Portage Avenue. Juss Jazz is a new jazz and blues club with an uptown New York feel in downtown Winnipeg.
