This year, the Winnipeg Folk Festival alternative evening stage (previously known as the Firefly Palace) is expanding and moving to Big Bluestem Stage (one of our bigger day stages). If you’re in the mood for something “on the fringe of folk,” check out the Big Blue at Night Lineup, below.
The 35th annual Winnipeg Folk Festival will happen July 10-13, 2008. Tickets at Ticketmaster or at The Festival Music Store in Winnipeg. Early Bird Ticket Deadline May 31.
Big Blue at Night runs from 7:00 pm- Midnight, Friday/Saturday and 7:00-9:30 Sunday.
