Can't wait until the 2005 JUNO Awards to get your Burton Cummings/Randy Bachman fix? Head to the Pyramid Cabaret on March 11 and 12 for the release of Guess Who's Home, 18 tracks of Guess Who hits interpreted by some of Manitoba's best bands.

With revamped classics in rock, punk, ska, blues, rockabilly, celtic, and more, the album - released on Transistor 66 Record Co. - promises to be a must-have for any Guess Who fan. For those who have managed to stay ignorant of the musical work of one of Canada's best-known bands, the album may also serve as a diverse introduction to such legendary songs as "These Eyes" and "American Woman." The album is also to believed to be the first Guess Who tribute on the market.

The tribute features the likes of The Rowdymen, The Farrell Bros., Chocolate Bunnies from Hell, Big Dave McLean, and the D.Rangers, as well as Manitoba very first JUNO Award-winner Joey Gregorash. The CD release concerts are split into two nights. March 11 will be a rootsier show, with Scott Nolan Band, The Rowdymen, Hillbilly Burlesque, Romi Mayes, and Dust Rhinos taking the stage. March 12 will see a harder side of the tribute acts, with The Farrell Bros., The Fabulous Kildonans, Chocolate Bunnies from Hell, The Barrymores, and Knuckleduster performing.

On April 3, in the JUNO Awards telecast, audiences will witness the Guess Who's Burton Cummings and Randy Bachman reunite in a tribute of their own to the Winnipeg music scene, along with Chantal Kreviazuk, The Wailin' Jennys, Nathan, Fresh I.E., and The Waking Eyes.
