Piss Ticket is a 4 piece Hard Rock/Punk band from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Piss Ticket started out in April 2010 when guitar player Cole Shwaykosky wanted to sign up for his junior high talent show. He needed a drummer so he asked drummer Myles Erickson to play for him. Cole and Myles asked their good friend Liam Deighton if he wanted to join in on the fun, and he agreed jokingly, not realizing that they were serious. Liam has been the singer ever since.

After 5 months of Cole, Myles, and Liam being the only 3 members of the band (not to forget the greatest cowbell player ever (we love you Durham), the lads decided to look for a bass player. They found a splendid bass player named Anya Duspara. Anya quickly learned the very few songs the lads knew and Piss Ticket played their first show on November 28, 2010 at the Pyramid Cabaret. The show was a battle of the bands and Piss Ticket won 2nd place, earning them 5 hours of recording time at Platinum Gold Studios. Piss Ticket has since played dozens of shows at the Pyramid Cabaret, the Ellice Theatre, The CBC Studios in Winnipeg and the Hi Neighbour Festival. Piss Ticket has also won the top 3 high school rock bands in 2011 in the CBC RockUTS battle of the bands.

Piss Ticket's show is a family friendly affair where people from all ages can enjoy the fun. Piss Ticket plays a very poppy Ramones influenced brand of music that is mixed in with influences of AC/DC, The Clash, and The White Stripes.
