Savannah Rae Boyko

Pop

Quirky.Fearless.Passionate.Fun. Words to describe the music and personality of 17-year-old Pop singer Savannah Rae Boyko-Little Fawn. Songs like the captivating "Sick Obsession" gives a girl's view on unsettling crushes, flirty texts and cryptic Facebook posts. The upbeat anthem "Savvy Summer" captures the elation of summer vacation's arrival. While the infectious "Monster" delve into the mercurial nature of adolescence and how baffling rapid mood changes can be. Dance floor energy pours out of "Fla$h Dance", a hypnotic tune that's like teen spirit on overload. Savannah possesses an incredible determination and spirit inherited from her family. Savannah and her relatives are undergoing an inter-generational healing process after being caught up in Canada's Residential Schools System. Many relatives were separated from their families and enrolled in government-run schools, alienating them from their heritage, language and culture. Savannah is a young, but active philanthropist, she and her family regularly volunteer for The Winnipeg Harvest, The Winnipeg Christmas Cheer Board and MTYP. Savannah has the distinction of performing twice for former Prime Minister Paul Martin. She sang for the Prime Minister's National apology and for the Manitoba Legislature for the Provincial governments public apology to the Residential School Survivors. Savannah is busy recording her debut EP with well-known Canadian music producer Chris Burke-Gaffney. She has co-written the songs with the help of Burke-Gaffney and high-profile Canadian co-writers, Keith Macpherson, and Murray Pulver - all musical heavyweights. Savannah provides the genesis for each song, bringing ideas and lyrics to the table, and her own vision for vocal effects.
