WSO Provincial Student Soloist Competition:
Do you know a talented young musician that would love the opportunity to perform with the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra? The WSO is inviting all Manitoba high school students (ages 14-18) to submit an application for the third annual WSO Provincial Student Soloist Competition. Through the Up Close and Orchestral program, this competition will provide the opportunity for one Manitoba student to perform in seven concerts as a soloist with the WSO. The winner will also receive a $500 honorarium and a Student Bottomless Pass to attend WSO concerts for a full season.
