The WSO's first annual Indigenous Festival is a celebration of cultures from around the world including Australia, Europe, China and North America, with a special focus on Canada's Aboriginal Peoples. The four-night, first-of-its-kind festival explores elements of music, rhythm and film and features performances by the Juno-award winning group Eagle & Hawk; local Aboriginal drummer Corey Campbell; Camerata Nova and the WSO, conducted by Alexander Mickelthwate.
