An electronic press kit (EPK) is a must for anyone seeking exposure and publicity. It puts you one click away from telling your story to music industry professionals, clubs, media or anybody who might be interested in your work. Your EPK is your professional resume to the world. This workshop will cover the new spin on the EPK, the 90-second branding video or YouTube trailer, as well as the-ever important interactive artist one-sheet.

The MusicWorks DIY Series is a stream of workshops offering emerging artists, music companies, and veterans looking to update their skills, the opportunity to learn music business fundamentals. The 2015 session kicks off with important topics that everyone needs to master including an intro to the music business, accounting/administration, strategic development, the new EPK, and creating a cohesive publicity strategy.
