Ben Hill is a singer/songwriter and trombonist from Winnipeg. He is currently a 3rd year student in the University of Manitoba Jazz Program studying jazz trombone performance.
Ben's current musical endeavour is Six-Foot Citrus: the ultra-groovy, ever-hip folk-rock quartet burning up the scene straight out of Winnipeg, Manitoba! Sour or sweet, you're sure to get a kick out of Six-Foot Citrus!
Ben draws his inspiration from Tally Hall, Andy Shauf, and Lee Morgan. Live or in studio, he has played trombone for Sam Singer, Flat Land Soul Band, Ron Paley, Brad Shigeta and Big Heist Brass Band.
