Winnipeg's own South Side Big Band and East Side Jazz Band are teaming up for their second combined concert, also featuring the unique compositional and trumpet sounds of Dr. Richard Gillis!
Young bandleaders Miles Thomsen (SSBB) and Sean Irvine (ESJB) have been busy challenging the bands to reach new heights, depths and breadths. We hope you'll join us for a night of big band music ranging from the classics of the swing era to modern arrangements of standards, grunge covers, and more!
