About

James Burton is a Winnipeg drummer with 20 years playing experience, and over 10 years teaching experience. He has played in numerous bands over the years, and is currently the drummer for local heavy metal band, Endless Chaos. 

After graduating from The Los Angeles Music Academy in 2007, James continued practicing the foot and hand techniques taught at the academy and now finds his passion helping students with their own technique to achieve their goals in all styles of music. 

His debut drum clinic will feature song performances (Endless Chaos), a crash course on foot and hand technique, and the importance of music theory and reading notation to better the students skills behind the drum kit. It’s going to be a blast, literally!
