Music has always been a huge part of Trish’s life. She has been collecting records (followed by CDs) since she was 12 years old and has amassed an enormous collection. In 1970 she became a disc jockey and over the span of 20 plus years, worked at some of the best radio stations on the planet. It was that love of music that lead her to broadcasting. Several years ago that affection blossomed into guitar and harp playing; singing followed suit. Stemming from the record collection and years on the radio, Trish possesses and incredible knowledge of pop and rock music from the 50’s 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. She particularly enjoys the two middle decades and as far as her music goes, the singer/songwriter movement, including Cat Stevens, Neil Diamond, Joni Mitchell. You can also expect to hear some Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Donovan and the Beatles during her sets at Sam’s place.
