Seth Parker Woods plays an intimate solo recital of works for cello and electronics by Pierre Alexandre Tremblay, Oliver Thurley, Monty Adkins, Chinary Ung, Martin Iddon and Mary Jane Leach. Under Woods’ expressive hands, the cello becomes an amorphous hybrid of natural and digital creatures, unleashing bellowing cries, frail wails, and torrents of electronic noise.
