About
One of film's most enduring and jazz-centric composers, Angelo Badalamenti has had a culturally impactful career, particularly through his partnership with director David Lynch. With Twin Peaks having recently returned with Season 3, Jazz Winnipeg is riding on those critically acclaimed coattails with a Twin Peaks-inspired concert on Thursday, June 21 at The Good Will Social Club.
A collection of Winnipeg's premiere jazz players will tackle Badalamenti's music from Twin Peaks and beyond, as The Lost Highway Players. And buzzy local act Sc Mira will take on the role of The Roadhouse Band, performing music from the special guest bands at the end of each episode of Twin Peaks Season 3.
