About

Currently living in the wild west end of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, Vince has been in and out of the music scene for the last 11 years and 7 months or so. He plays a mixed plate of straight up country songs to toe tappin’ two chord bluesy numbers to fictional tales brushed with a touch of humour (depending on your sense of humour). Let’s call it “Mashed Roots and Groovy”…..salt ’n’ sour cream…..good for ya.

"Vince Andrushko is the lonesome unsung hero of the astonishing Winnipeg roots community. There's nobody better nor less well-known. A troubadour so true to his roots, he's one part Roger Miller and two parts prairie sky." – John Scoles (Times Change(d) High & Lonesome Club, Winnipeg).

Touring relentlessly from one end of Canada to the other and across the United States, Winnipeg-based singer/songwriter Sean Burns taps into the the grittiness of the road in the stark, down-to-earth style of an authentic storyteller.
Coming off the recent release (March 2018) of ‘Music for Taverns, Bars, and Honky Tonks’, Sean and his band, Lost Country saw a lot of miles across Western Canada this Spring.
Home for a brief stretch and largely bandless until Summer, come hear his songs (new & old) in a stripped down Solo set.

"Sean Burns is a hugely talented Canadian singer-songwriter who plays a brand of country music from way out on the left of the mainstream" - Americana Roots U.K
