The last time JP Hoe made himself available electronically on this site, he was combining curling and Shakespeare. Now, Hoe returns to manitobamusic.com with a new studio album, Mannequin. Produced by John Paul Peters, Hoe's third full-length features new original tracks including this week's featured song, "Conversation". Known for his powerful pipes, the singer/songwriter has had a busy time between albums, including performances and showcases in Australia, Greenland, New York, as well as the International Folk Alliance Conference in Memphis and Toronto's Canadian Music Week. Download "Conversation" and catch Hoe live on the West End Cultural Centre's stage on May 10 with openers The New Lightweights to release Mannequin.
