Greg Rekus is one of the busiest guys around. The riot folk machine, who has spent the last 17,520 or so hours touring, releasing music, partnering with Ethical Wares, and winning over fans across Canada, U.S., and Europe. Named by LP Hoopla as one of the best of 2013, he's starting 2014 off with the launch of his latest album, Punkoustic, at the Park Theatre on January 8. Rekus will be joined by an eclectic bunch of friends for the release party, including Dust Rhinos, Cheering for the Bad Guy, Mad Young Darlings, and Rockopolis PA. He'll immediately hop back on the road for a western Canadian tour. To help get your year of music off to a foot stomping start, we've got Rekus' track "The Worst" (don't mind the title).
