The New Wild
"Play It By Fear"

From the album The New Wild

Featured track, available from January 1 to January 9

Start the new year off with new music from a new band called The New Wild. Made up of brothers Sean and Daniel Guezen, formerly of alt-ska band The Salvadorian Garbage Men (Daniel also plays with folk act Sibyl), the indie garage rock duo got together in early 2014 with their guitars and their father's drum set, doing the guitar and drum swap out like acclaimed fellow 'Peg act, Cannon Bros. The New Wild is set to kick off 2015 with the release of the self-titled debut EP at Times Change(d) on January 2 with a little help from Cheering for the Bad Guy. The EP has already turned some heads, including Make a Little Noise and a 4/5 review from Canadian BeatsAnd we've got the band's tune "Play It By Fear" as this week's featured download! Grab the tune, get the whole EP, drown your hangover with The New Wild on Jan 2, and make live local music your new year's resolution!
