Rayannah
"Boxcar Lullabies"

From the album Boxcar Lullabies

Featured track, available from April 23 to May 4

This spring is bringing a full bloom of new music releases from Manitoba artists. Already earning attention is genre-bending indie act Rayannah, who is gearing up for launch her debut, Boxcar Lullabies. Blending electronic, folk, and even a bit of jazz and Francophone styles, Rayannah has been getting nods from the likes of Exclaim!MyToba, and Spectator Tribune for her brand new video for the title track. She'll hit the West End Cultural Centre stage on May 7 for her release party along with supporting act, ATLAAS. Next up, she'll head out on the road with May tour dates in Ontario and Quebec. You can also catch her at Le 100 Nons' annual Les Découvertes Manitobaines en Chanson -- along with Mark Lefebvre, Renée Lamoureux, and Mamadou -- on April 25 at CCFM's Theatre Cercle Moliere Theatre. Meanwhile, we've got Rayannah's "Boxcar Lullabies" as this week's featured track. Download it and don't miss Rayannah live.
