Romi Mayes back in the spotlight with a brand new recording, Devil On Both Shoulders. Produced by Grant Siemens and distributed by Outside Music in Canada and Burnside in the U.S., the much-anticipated follow up to her acclaimed 2011 release, Lucky Tonight, has already earned Mayes some serious attention, including nods from the likes of Exclaim!, CBC, MyToba, Winnipeg Free Press, and more. Four days before the official release date, the award-winning blues rocker will take over the West End Cultural Centre on May 8 to celebrate the new album with hometown audiences. Mayes will be joined by plenty of familiar faces, including Siemens, Damon Mitchell, Bernie Thiessen, Marc Arnould, Sol James, and Joanne Rodriguez, along with an opening set from TJ Blair. Next up, she'll hit the road for dates across Canada in May and June.
