Winnipeg's stellar hip hop scene is in the spotlight this month. Five local acts are hitting the stage at The Good Will on March 31 for a hip hop showcase, including 3PEAT, Len Bowen, Chris Bxnnxtt, Wynrush, and CJ the Grey. The next day, the hip hop community is invited to converge on the Manitoba Music office for a roundtable discussion on successes, challenges, and strategies. To help get you into to mood, we've got an exclusive new track from high energy emcee Bxnnxtt. He has been garnering buzz, opening for the likes of slew of marquee names like French Montana, Pusha T, Freddie Gibbs, and Ghostface Killah, performing in over 150 shows, and being active on the radio. Next up, he'll hit the road for his first tour in May and perform at a few festivals, with a new project and music videos on the way.
