Electroacoustic pop duo Querkus is kicking off the new year with a new album, Spaces Between the Leaves Make Way for the Stars. Four years in the making, the album gets its official release on January 9 at the West End Cultural Centre. Querkus will have its own personal orchestra on stage for the event as well as a custom light and video projection show, and special guests DJ Rob Vilar, Cantor Dust, Clearvox, Joshua Stanton, Prairie Dancers, and more. After the hometown release party, Querkus will head out on the road, touring eastern Canada including stops in Toronto, Halifax, Montreal, and Ottawa.
