Jameson Day

About

Jameson Day was born and raised in Manitoba, Canada. 

Music was always a huge part of my life. My earliest memory was playing piano at 2-years-old. In my early years, I learned drums and eventually guitar. I started singing and songwriting in my teens. I moved around a lot as a child. My father was a teacher/principal for many indigenous communities. I formed many friendships along the way and had great times fishing and swimming in our northern lakes. Protecting freshwater lakes is very important to me. My heart and home has always been in the Interlake. Most of my family live in Gimli and I consider it my anchor point.

Currently, I reside in Selkirk with a loving wife and 2 children. I own and operate Pick This Production Recording Studio and enjoy sharing my music with all.

Many of my songs are based on my life experiences and issues that are important to me. I hope you enjoy my music. Skäl (Cheers!)
