New Country Pop Rock Singer/songwriter
“When the going gets tough......just get tougher.” That's the attitude that has helped Jason Petric achieve everything he has in his young career. In a short period of time, this 24 year-old singer songwriter from Winnipeg has developed a reputation as a solid musician and artist in the Manitoba music scene.
With the successful release of his sophomore album Tease in the spring of 2013, to a venue packed crowd of over 1000 people, Jason Petric's summer of 2013 was nonstop between festival dates, writing trips to Nashville, and an invitation to perform on the Diamonds In The Rough Stage at the CCMA's in Edmonton.
Jason's past performances have included opening act for Gord Bamford as well as Doc Walker at Steinbach's Summer In The City, headliner at the Oak Point Festival, The Manitoba Stampede, Winkler Harvest Festival, and many others. Jason has also had the honour of performing acoustically alongside Hit Writers in Nashville, and in February 2013 was showcased at the Douglas Corner Cafe, a famous Nashville location used to launch the careers of Garth Brooks, Jason Aldean, and many others.
With a continous stream of performances in Winnipeg and Manitoba, there is no sign of slowing down; more shows on the calendar, more Nashville on the horizon, and certainly more music to come from Jason Petric.
