Music fans can keep their summer of live music going in the heart of Winnipeg next month with central Canada's largest Afro and Indo-Caribbean music festival, Soca Reggae Festival. Now in its 16th year, the festival returns to Old Market Square for two days of live music at The Cube, celebrating Caribbean culture and community. Started in 2006, the festival is an all-ages, family-friendly event with a variety of community vendors, food vendors sharing Caribbean eats, as well as a licensed beverage garden. Be sure to follow the Soca Reggae Festival on Instagram for updates.
