Unlock the secrets to successful music publicity in this special free session, presented in conjunction with this year’s Manitoba Country Music Awards celebrations! In a conversation moderated by award-winning country music artist Desiree Dorion, Sirius XM’s Kim Wheeler and Bad Parade PR’s Kari Zalik will share practical tips for crafting compelling press releases, navigating relationships with publicists, and preparing for media interviews—empowering artists to tell their stories with confidence and impact.

This workshop is geared towards Indigenous artists in the country music scene, though all artists of any genre are welcome.
