We are very excited and fortunate to have the lovely and talented guitarist, Jocelyn Gould grace the stage with us this week.
Originally from Winnipeg, Canada, Jocelyn holds a Masters of Music in Jazz Studies from Michigan State University. She cites Grant Green, Kenny Burrell, Wes Montgomery and Joe Pass as primary influences of the instrument.
In August, 2018, Jocelyn won 1st place in the Wilson International Jazz Guitar Competition and is currently composing music for her debut record as a leader.
Jocelyn will be moving to New York in just a few days, so this may be one of the few chances you have left to see this amazing guitarist in action for a while.
