After performing at the Winnipeg Folk Fest in 2011 and 2015, two-time JUNO award-winning & two-time Polaris Music Prize listed musician and songwriter Dan Mangan is back in Winnipeg on February 6 at The Garrick! Mangan is touring his fifth full-length album More or Less due on November 2, 2018.
