About
Gary Wallace plays folk music with an acoustic sound. He enjoys writing music and poetry and has written 139 completed musical pieces. His main musical influences are Gordon Lightfoot, Peter Paul & Mary, Ian & Sylvia, Simon & Garfunkel, Judy Collins, Stan Rogers, and Bob Dylan. He plays the guitar, harmonica, and percussion.
Teija is the granddaughter of Gary Wallace. She is 10 years old and in Grade four at Melrose School. She has sung previously with Gary at Coffee Houses. Teija is learning to play the piano and ukulele. Every night, she sings puppy to sleep.
John is brother of Gary Wallace. He plays bass guitar.
Jamie is the son of Gary and Diane Wallace. He is Teija’s uncle. Jamie started piano lessons at the age of five or six. He plays keyboard, bass, and rhythm guitar. He also has sung and played saxophone. He used to belong with a rock band that toured Manitoba and Northwest Ontario. His favorite types of music are classic rock with blues variations. He especially likes Pink Floyd.
