This Winter let the WCGS help warm you up with our outstanding local artist series, Frets Alive! Boasting a diverse and gifted roster of artists, we can't wait to share this music with you!
From Brandon to Winnipeg, guitar brings us together. Both featured artists on our first concert are well known in Brandon and Manitoba for their expertise and passion for guitar. David Letkemann was the instructor at Brandon University for over 30 years, and his student Paul Madryga now directs the program. Back by popular demand the concert will feature fantastic ensembles from Brandon, including Manitoba's largest Classical Guitar ensemble! Please join us for this special evening featuring works of Haydn, Guiliani, Llobet, and more.
