Vous connaissez le dicton – « Tel père, tel fils »! Et bien, Chet Breau en est un bon exemple. Il a grandi en apprenant à jouer de la guitare avec son père, le guitariste légendaire Lenny Breau, pour devenir l’un des plus remarquables guitaristes du Manitoba. Maîtrisant de nombreux styles (jazz, flamenco, country, blues, ou jeu dit de « fingerstyle »), il occupe son temps en enseignant, en se produisant en concert et en participant à des émissions de radio, quand il n’enregistre pas en studio.

You know the saying – “Like father, like son”. Well, Chet Breau is a good example of that. He grew up learning the guitar with his father, legendary guitarist Lenny Breau, and became himself one of the most remarkable guitarists in Manitoba. Mastering a wide range of different styles (jazz, flamenco, country, blues, fingerstyle guitar), he spends his time teaching and hosting radio shows, when he’s not doing studio sessions and live performances.
