Three Amigos are back! and will be performing Live! at Sam’s Place for a performance on Sat. March 9th at 7:30 p.m.

The trio’s previous engagement here goes back to August… how time flies! But The Amigosare back indeed and invite you to an evening of blues, folk, pop and a whole lotta soul led by the inimitable keyboard playing of velvet-voiced singer James Walzak, with conga player Jim Kacki a.k.a. Conga Jim a.k.a. Papa Dmitri (we think those are his only aliases), and Guy Ferraton on harmonica.

There are no two bands in these parts quite like this one. Firstly, the line-up of keyboard, percussion and harmonica is a rare one; plus, one of the city’s finest players, James plays on the city’s smallest keyboards to be performed live - and makes them sound like a jazzman’s keys or cathedral organs, no less! You also won’t want to miss Three Amigos as they make you crack up and groan with some of the corniest jokes and banter around (not always a bad thing).
