Come join Travis Haugen, Author/Musician for an unplugged music event, and book signing.  Travis has just released SOUP, the first of a series of 4 Interactive Thrillers which engage the readers through words and song. Travis has spent over 40 years of his life as a professional musician. The events in this book are drawn from real life experiences on numerous tours throughout Canada and the US, and from hundreds of hours of recording studio sessions.

This story is made to interact with twenty-four original songs and three addendums while wrapping the story around a fictional character and his family, adding mystery, adventure, family drama, politics and of course, music to the plot.  

Come join Travis at Sam’s Place, and chat with him about his adventures, and the book SOUP. Travis Haugen will perform unplugged acoustic versions of songs from the book SOUP with friends Todd Lesage on percussion and guitar, and Eric Bachmann on Alto Sax. A book signing will follow.

Along with the book, Travis has released a Vinyl record consisting of 12 songs from the SOUP thriller that can be enjoyed separate from the book.
