Modo Flow 75: with DJ Vothra [Full Blüm Arts & Music Festival]
This unique experience at Modo Yoga will feature tribal rhythms and grounding tones that help harmonize the connection between our bodies and the Earth.
Music will be played at the healing frequency of 432 Hz!
Lead by Larissa Yunyk
In this class the Moksha sequence is linked together with vinyasa flows. Emphasis will be on the synergy between breath and movement to help you deepen your practice. This class is always moving, and is set at a quicker pace than a Moksha class. It is great for upper body strengthening and improving cardiovascular health. All levels welcome, though beginners are encouraged to feel comfortable with the standard Moksha series first. THIS CLASS IS 75 MINUTES!
