Sonic Ambassador, School of Rock Winnipeg's House Band, is going on tour this summer! Along with shows throughout the mid-western US, they will make a stop at the world famous Summerfest Music Festival in Milwaukee, WI where they'll be sharing the stage with Third Eye Blind, Jimmy Eat World, 3 Doors Down and the Zach Brown Band.

 Every year the School of Rock House Band, representing the best of our students, play throughout the city and North America at numerous benefits, festivals (music or non-music), block parties, sporting events and any event where live music is provided. Students must audition to be selected for this exclusive band, which performs a mix of great Modern, Classic, Alternative and Pop Rock songs from a variety of eras and styles. Our set list currently includes songs from The Trews, The Glorious Sons, Metallica, Bruce Springsteen, Marianas Trench, Guns N’ Roses, The Tragically Hip, KISS, Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam, Green Day and many more great bands.

 A School of Rock performance is an amazing thing to watch. Our students bring the ROCK harder than most professional bands and musicians they share stages with. They enchant older Rock fans with their musical skill while mesmerizing younger audiences with their infectious exuberance. They are able to win over any crowd in front of them.

 Sonic Ambassador is taking over the West End Cultural Centre, located at 586 Ellice Avenue, on Wednesday, May 22nd to raise money for their trip. Along with great live music, there will also be a 50/50 raffle as well as a silent auction at the concert with some amazing prizes!

 Opening acts that night will be the School of Rock Grad Band and very special guests Lincoln Middle School!

Tickets are $20 and available for advance purchase at the school. Student Tickets are available for $10 and you can also purchase donation tickets for $10 if you are unable to attend.
