About
Stephanie Pinette is an singer-songwriter originally from Winkler, Manitoba now residing in Winnipeg.
Having studied classical piano for most of her life, she found it hard to break away from the technical side of music until she picked up the guitar. Since finding her voice as a songwriter, Stephanie has been creating and performing music for friends, family, and a growing YouTube/Instagram audience. She has been featured on CFAM's Made in Manitoba segment and has been played during the local music segment on The Eagle 93.5 in the Pembina Valley. In April of 2015, Stephanie was voted into the Regional Top 25 of CBC Music's Searchlight Competition.
More recently, when she’s not busy teaching elementary school music, she can be found writing new songs and performing them at open mic nights around Winnipeg. Stephanie is thankful for the support that she receives from her family, friends and listeners she hasn't yet had the chance to meet!
