"The Brian Chipney/Don Kissick Duo plays straight-ahead, swinging mainstream jazz. It's a timeless style, one that draws on elements of just about everything heard in jazz from the very beginning. But at heart the style is rooted in 1930's swing. This isn't a nostalgic exercise though. For Brian and Don this is living, breathing jazz played with taste, imagination and passion.
